New Werewolf Rings

Post » Sun Feb 03, 2013 5:52 pm

I haven't seen this posted yet, but I came across a werewolf pack at Frostmoon Crack and as I am one of them, they welcomed me with open arms..... Some of them.
Anyway the leader has four rings for sale at a hefty price (ranging from 2-6k with no -price equipment on).

The rings are as follows;
Ring of Bloodlust (do 50% more damage but receive 50% more)
Instinct (the world around you seems to slow for 20 seconds)
Ring of the Hunt (health regen, not sure how much, I have yet to test it)
Ring of the Moon (howl duration +25%)

Each ring needs to be equipped when you transform, but I thought it was a nice little boost to what we can already do :)

Dawnguard spoiler

Spoiler
If you have dawnguard installed, you can go talk to Aela and be transformed into a werewolf again. However, you can only do this once.

Man they are all pretty useless... Why not have one which calls the group and has them fight with you for 60 seconds (I dont like the ghost wolves that much..). Maybe one that lets you turn Werebear instead.

Dawnguard added the ability to call packs of werewolves already

Yea but they are ghosts... Physical ones would be a lot cooler.

instinct and hunt are amazing and basically allow you to become unbeatable after the investment of a few perks.

See?

People complained because my Vampire Lord brethren and I got some nifty Rings and Amulets that boosted our abilities.

Now Bethesda has shown the Werepuppies some love too. :D

I'm glad you guys like the new Rings. I know what the Vampire stuff did to enhance my RP, I'm glad you Werewolf lovers got some love too. If I had any inclination to play as a Werewolf, I'm pretty sure that getting these rings would be one of the first things that I did. :)

Pretty much.

My Vampire Lord found them (which they're not nearly as friendly towards Vampires... :P) and they shifted to attack (I went into VL once I saw them shifting, not before). No offense to all the Werewolves in here, but I thought; "How cute...", then proceeded to Corpse Curse and Drain away their life one by one.

It was just the right thing to do... for my coin purse. lol :D

Shucky darn. All this talk about werewolves make my sorceress want to be one now. Between the totems, the perk tree and now the rings, I will be queen of the pack. lol

I know, and I've already used that method but went back to human because it is not the true werewolf method(transformations arent counted, as well as days, etc).

I found a mod though that addressed all of that, so I'm a happy werewolf again. :)
