Nordic Carved Dagger or Sword : V

So I need a Nordic carved dagger for my thief but I am a low level and don't want to power level smithing Is there a location where I can find a Nordic dagger or sword? Or is there an NPC that I can kill that would have one that I could loot?

Reaver lords tend to have nordic weapons on them, try killing them.

wouldnt you want to use a dagger rather than a sword?

You may be able to pickpocket one off of the skall, they seem like they might have one

I would settle for a sword if a dagger wasn't available. I'm assuming I would need a high pickpocket skill with the appropriate perks to do that, right?

reaver lords have that equiptment a lot
the smith in ravenrock usually has some in stock too

You could just go to the blacksmith in raven rock, check his inventory, and if its not there, save, hit him, reload and check again. This will make his inventory reset. That, or just craft it. It is under advanced, although I am unsure if you have to go to solstheim to learn it or if you can just make it after getting the advanced armor perk.

Not just reaver lords. I went back to skyrim and found a bandit chief all decked out in it near riften.

There was a dagger in the basemant where the strange dwemer ruin is. I am not sure if it is always nordic or if it is random but it was nordic for me

You activate the bookshelf and it moves to the side, the dagger is in that room.

the smith in raven rock sells em occaisionally. also i may be wrong but cant you forge nordic if you merely have steel smithing?
