Looking For Two Books

Post » Sun Feb 03, 2013 7:42 pm

I've re-done my library thanks to the new books from this DLC. However, I still need two to complete my bookshelves. They are The Anticipation and The Doors Of The Spirit. I've heard that a copy of The Anticipations can be found during the main Apocrypha dungeon, but I've already beat it and am now stranded on re-spec island, so I can't go back and get it. I'm hoping there's another copy somewhere in the DLC. Can anybody help me find them?

I've not yet seen The Doors of the Spirit.
But I did find a copy of The Anticipation inside Ashfallow Citadel.
I believe it to be on the random list, so you may or may not have the same luck. Note, too, that Fort Frostmoth had some new books strewn about.

Hope that helps

Thank you. Both books were in the Citadel. My library is now complete, at least until I have to re-shuffle for new DLC. I live in Hjerim, and my shelves can hold 132 books. I have shelves in themes, sorted by room.

Secret Room - EVIL
  • Books are about daedra, evil creatures and evil organizations.
Main Hall - MORROWIND
  • Books are about Morrowind, the Dunmer people and their way of life.
Kitchen - SKYRIM
  • Books are about Skyrim, the Nord people and their way of life
Trophy Room - EMPIRE/THALMOR
  • Books are about the Empire and its history, as well as data on the Thalmor.
Bedroom - GODS/DUTY/INTERESTS
  • Books are about philosophy and the origin of the world, including its various deities. Books are about Alduin and dragons, as well as data on the Elder Scrolls. Books are about things that are of interest to my character - e.g., Elsweyr and Khajiits.
There are a few oddities, like having "Uncommon Taste" in my Skyrim shelves, but that gives me some wiggle room if there is a new book or two in a DLC. This DLC just had too many new books so I had to throw away most of my oddities. I even had to throw away some good books. I had all twelve of Vivec's books in my Morrowind room, but had to get rid of them for the books on the red year, as well as all of the new Morrowind themed books.
