I just found a wedding wreath. I am curious if this is the same one you can get if you do the DB quest line.

Forcing us to become an assassin and murder a woman just to get a wedding dress was one of the few things that really annoyed me...at least I can now have a wreath without blood on my hands. Hopefully.

I don't know if it is the same one, that is why I asked. I only did the DB quest line once and I will not do it again. But I am pretty sure this is the same wreath.

Anyway, it is in Highpoint Tower. It is located in the large, multi-level room where an Ash Guardian spawns on a summoning circle. Behind the circle from where you enter there is a annex on the ground floor where you can find a container with a bunch of hats in it. The wedding wreath is beneath a Chef's hat.
