Alright, apparently you can get a house in Tel Mithryn.

But how?

I'm pretty sure I did all of Neloth's quests, but still nothing.
He promised me a bed and stuff, but he hasn't delivered yet.
=/

Someone pointed out that you can use the bed in the Steward's House, but the door is still locked, and the other guy uses the bed too. I don't even own all the stuff in the treasure chest, so that doesn't seem right.

Anyone know for sure?
