Is this a shotout to the theory that Akatosh/Lorkhan are the same Divine suffering from (the crazies) dissaccosiative identity disorder?

I assume you mean Alduin, not Lorkhan. I'm also unsure of how serpentine dragons would show this. They're simply another species.

Lorkhan is a "human" deity, though. Akatosh (Auri-El) is elven.

And Masser and Secunda are both evidence that Lorkhan was his own being.

Not at all, Akatosh is a human deity. Auriel is a mirror-brother of Akatosh, but not directly Akatosh. Akatosh was created by a sect of human extremists in an attempt to purge everything evlish from the Time God.

And yes, Lorkhan is a being of his own, but he is also part of Aka at the same time (Aka is the original Time God, not Akatosh and not Auriel, who are influenced by mortal belief).

Since Oblivion there's been this theory that Akatosh and Lorkhan are really one two-faced God at odds with its' self. Akatosh, depicted as a dragon, respresents time and order. While Lorkhan, who is depicted as a serpent, represents space and chaos. They've come in the form of heroes like Hjalti aka Tiber Septim, Reman (who were Dovahkiin), Wulfharth, and Pelinel (who were Shezzarine). And the point of all this ranting is that before the introduction of the Serpentine variant, dragons were solely attributed to Akatosh. Whereas now they can be attributed to BOTH Akatosh and Lorkhan. I was wondering if anyone else caught this or if I'm hitting the skooma too hard.

It does seem weird that both Akatosh and Lorkhan both have ties to the Dragonborn. That could also explain Alduin and the dragons. I always thought it was weird that the children of Akatosh were so violent. Maybe that's the Lorkhan coming out.

It should be noted, that Shezarrines and Dragonborns are, as far as we know, two different things, even though there is a link between Shezarr and Akatosh/Aka.
But there are surprisingly many Dragonborns who turned out to be Shezarrines and vice versa...

Are Serpentine dragons Apocrypha exclusive or are there some flying around in Skyrim/Solstheim... They're basically part eel/ part dragon.

There is one at the word wall for bend will on solsthiem. I have not seen anyother anywhere else, on solstheim or the mainland but this one does respawn. They 'might' appear on the mainland but the only drags that appear for me mostly are legendaries.

I hope they're gonna be a part of the 'norm'... I really like the set up on them.

I'd like to see some water dragons next.

I can't remember which level they appear more commonly at, but they're definately not just a "one time only, unique" Dragons. Obviously they're Unique, but they can be found as the "norm", like any other dragon.

I THINK they're found commonly-ish at around Level 40, or something like that. I'm probably wrong though.
