I started the reluctant stewad quest and when I go to where the marker is pointing to Verona (or whatever her name is) it just points to the floor it's outside ashfallow citedal if anyone knows how to get to her or get her out of the ground please tell me, thanks

she is supposed to be dead on the trail back to raven rock...with three ash spawn tea-bagging her corpse

Reload a previous save. She likely got stuck under the floor.
You can also try getting ger out with fus-ro-dah.
