Are any of the marriage candidates also potential followers?

Haven't been to the island yet and Morwen sounds interesting for a marriage candidate but I like it when wives can also be followers.

Nope. At least none of the chicks who are marryable. I dont get married to any dudes in the game so I dont know about them, but the chicks are definitely NOT followers which means we are unable to equip them in better (i.e., sixier) clothing.
