Reikling army!

Has anyone else used dead thrall+twin soul+reikling follower to create a small army of the little blue men?

I am trying to deter the ones I already have, no way do I want any more hairless ewoks following my character around. He has three of them already. I am starting to regret killing those Nords, should have killed the Reiklings instead. Maybe I would have got a decent mead hall out of it, and less pests following Braggen around.

Aw I love those little guys.
Im never siding with the Nords again myself, its just too cute to have them show up to help you defeat a dragon.
"Brelfik?" 'Thats right little guy. Brelfik. Muwafathoo as well prolly. Its dead now though, dont worry.'
"Hrawwaa!" 'Indeed.'

...i dont think they should do that
yeah 1-3 can spawn if youre in combat, and if you go a lil ways off and reenter combat, they will come help again, but they shouldnt follow you (by follow i mean really follow, as in entering new cells with you) unless you speciffically tell 1 to be your follower
if all of them are truly following you that may be a bug
when the spawn for me they help out, but stay in that cell if i leave and despawn when i exit it

I thought this thread was about using the aetherium crown and a certain stone to create an actual army of undead rieklings

Wish i would have thought of this earlier. Could have used the ritual stone and the Aetherial crown inside of the thirsk hall after killing all the rieklings and had a large riekling army.

I'm conflicted about the Rieklings. Siding with them at the Mead Hall is tough morally, but it's worse to carve them up. Unlike the Falmer, who are terrifying and grimly satisfying to put out of your misery, the Rieklings are cute and always die with that pathetic wail. I wish that they were a proper faction that you could side with fully.

As it is, the character I've got who sided with the Rieklings is a sociopath who didn't need much of an excuse to do in some Skaal.

I'm probably going to have my new character side with rieklings as well, he's an insane wizard/necromancer/vampire. So ill probably reanimate the named nord bodies and add them to his growing collection of servants kept in storage in the archmages quarters. He curently has two miraak cultists, a daedra, and the named thalmor leader from the source of stalrhim quest. And all of them are positioned to look passed out or sleeping in the room. Thank you lots of chairs!

This. I am looking forward to get my hands on the DLC and recruit my Riekling army. Those guys are adorable.
Why in Oblivion should I help some Nords? There are enough Nords in Skyrim already, but not enough Rieklings.

Considering the amount of enemies you have prolly killed thus far in Skyrim, a few more Nords (or Rieklings, if you insist) don't make a big difference. Don't the Nords even attack first as soon as you get the respective quest from the Rieklings?

I remember the story being something of nords attack rieklings. Rieklings attack nords and take hall. Rieklings know nords are planning another attack. They have you lead charge down the hills to kill nords. Chief sees your strong and gets worried you want to be chief. You challenge him. He dies. You become big riekling chief.

Those kills were morally acceptable. They always attack first or (according to my beliefs) needed to be killed. I'm very strict when it comes to killing.

The lack of information prevents me from completing it. I don't know if the Reiklings attacked the Nords first or vice-versa. The real answer is probably much more abstract than that.
(sigh) In the end, the little angel on my soldier gets the better of me. Sorry if you don't understand. :yuck:
