Enchanting in Solstheim

Anyone know where I can find a place to enchant items in Solstheim other than in Raven Rock mine?

There's one just inside the door and to the right in Morvayn Manor, the Councilor's house. It's the one I used until I got the Raven Rock house.

Neloth's laboratory in Tel Mithryn has 3 or 4 enchanting tables, as well as a staff enchanting table.
