So, while exploring Solstiem, I began to follow a small tributary directly north of Ashfallow Citadel.



The river went into a little unmakred cave that had only one door, and it was locked from the other side.

I managed to get inside it by jumping around the nearby rocks, and it's a little home.
The owner of it, Usha the Argonian, is dead on the bedroll.

The place has a few pieces of Gold Ore on the table, an East Empire Company strongbox (with a pendant inside), and a letter to Ushna.

The writer comes from Ushna's love (I guess), Monesa, and goes on about how her family never accepted him because he was poor.
The craziest thing is though, there's no way to get inside it besides vaulting around the rocks.

Sooooooooooooo, I'm sure that this is nothing, but is it a reference to anything?

I don't think there is anything to it other than it being a guy who killed himself on Skooma because he couldn't be with his true love. He was trying to get rich so he was mining the gold is the only conclusion I can think of.

I think you discovered a nice little Easter Egg, the only Argonian on Solstheim.
