Is it me or does it REALLY svck? I saw a video of it and it looked decent enough, but once I got it and used it, it literally did almost NOTHING to whatever I shot it at. I'm not even on a high difficulty, I'm only playing on Adept! How a power can do almost no damage to an unarmored civillian, I will never know.

It goes with my Mannequin of Dwavern Armor.
It might be fine for a Dwarf Finnatic.
