I just unlocked a new dragon shout from a cool looking wall inside Apocrypha after going through an extensive maze like mission which involved collecting some books and placing them on the right pedestals. However when I enter the area which I believed to be the end, the door closes behind me, and I fight some seekers and a Lurker. After I defeat them and read the word off the wall, nothing happens. No doors open, no portal, no book.

I got here by reading one of the black books by mistake, I didn't even know they let me read them to be honest, I was clearing inventory and bam it threw me here.

any help, am I missing something, or am I glitched? I check my map and it shows Solsthiem, my local map shows a tiny piece of map and a Chapter V marker which I can't get to.

okay, nevermind. I walked into the black murk and collapsed. It said I couldn't continue to fight and it brought me back to severin manor

Yeah that's part of the last quest

The way to exit is to read the Black Book again

All you had to do was read the black book again and it would of taken you back to where you read it.

You cant progress further in that black book until later in the dlc's main quest (at the end of it).

So what book do you need AFTER all the pedastals are filled but the one in the center as I have NO idea and can't seem to find one ANYWHERE...

P.S : is this a TYPO, XBOX says the books I have are : ON APOCRYPHO and not Apocrypha and I have 4 books is there a 5th ???

as I can find neither on wiki...

You dont place a book at the centre.
You put the books on the correct pedestals around the room, that is all.

There are actually, seven black books...

Thanks I found that last night on here saw the pictures and it DID NOT click playing too much I guess.

So is Maarek like glitched I mean what a wuss first I have to chase him down and then cowers and hides and then yells at mora to save him then becomes a ghost and just sits or stands there in the middle in a puddle as the Case may be and 20 minutes later HE still is standing there, turns to look at me and nothing else Loaded it 3 times now and nothing ANY Advise at this stage would be nice and Thank You Again...
