You have failed to provide any information whatsoever. Just saying "It crashes. See title" really tells us absolutely nothing. We need information on your setup. If you're not running a completely vanilla game (INI files included), you need to revert back to one and go from there.

Without information, nothing can be done.

I don't have a way of posting what mods I have, which are alot, and I can't get the mod manager to install. I did notice that the Dawnguard esm is missing, and I have a few mods that rely on it. Would that be the cause?

Yes it would - missing master files will cause an immediate CTD. But if you just threw a ton of mods at your game without properly installing them and sorting out your load order, that's probably not the only issue that's going on. Did you at least use http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/6 to sort them? If you did, you can copy and paste your load order from the BOSS log.

What error messages do you get when you try to install the mod manager?
