Lately, I've been looking for Dawnguard field agents for their Dawnguard cache keys. Already found Lynoit and Saliah, but still no luck with Novice Hakar. I know they are also random encounters like vampire assassin, M'aiq the Liar, Imperial and Stormcloak troopers etc., but I think there might be something that forces them to spawn in specific holds. For example, I found Saliah on the road between Meeko's Shack and Dragon Bridge as well as Lynoit's body on the crossroads near Fort Sungard on both of my gameplays. So, about Novice Hakar, I wonder if anyone knows in which holds he spawns?

Also, every time I found Lynoit it was just his dead body surrounded with 3 ash piles, named not "ash pile" but "vampire ashes". Did anyone found him alive or is it just scripted so whenever player finds him he'd be already killed?

And, I don't know if it makes any differences, but on my first gameplay I was on Volkihar's side, but on my current gameplay I'm with Dawnguard.
