I got Belrand the mercenary as my steward, got to the mansion and he offered to become my steward, I said "Yes please!". And so he goes on wandering around the place, using the anvil, chopping some logs etc etc, but when I talk to him there are no "Steward-options", no hiring a carriage, no hiring a bard, no buying livestock or anything. I found on UESP there it's a common bug but they didn't mention any fix. Was wondering if anyone else knows what I could do to fix this?

And yes, I am on PC so I can use the console command if needed.
