I got attacked in Solitude by the new "enemys", and now that the Dragonborn Quest has started i can no longer absorb Dragonsouls.
So i do wonder, is it a bug, or a feature?

I've noticed this too. Killed 2 or 3 legendary dragons since installing Dragonborn and one of the new ones. Haven't absorbed any of them..though I do have like 14 souls and really don't need anymore.

Dammit, i have only solved the Diplomatic Immunity Quest, and wanted to learn at least some shouts before i travel into the new region, with unknown dangers awaiting me.
First waiting for Dragonborn to be down-loadable on Steam, now for an fix of the USKP.
Might not take that long, but who knows?

Interesting that its USKP. Oh well, I have enough souls to last a bit. :/ I'm sure the author for USKP will get around to fixing it pretty quickly to be honest. Or someone else will.
