I've encountered a bit of a strange problem, and I'm hoping some of you guys can lend me a hand. After destroying the Wind Stone (the one which enslaves Frea's village) I was shocked to find that the entirety of the Skaal are now hostile towards me. My last save is from hours ago (thanks alot, quicksave!) so I'd really like to find a solution to this, whether that be through the console or an in-game solution which I've not thought of. Thanks!

Are you playing PC? Do you use mods? Did you bashed the mod list? Seriously, we can't help you, without any information. Also there is another forum for this.

I am playing on PC with no additional content installed aside from all three of the DLCs. Aside from this, I haven't messed with anything outside of the game. My apologies for the poor placement and lack of information, I was in a bind to get the post written quickly and shouldn't have left that out.
