I've already used Bend Will on Sahrotaar and rode him to Miraaks temple but I couldn't do anythnig to Miraak as he just stood in this pool not taking any damage. So I reloaded far enough back so that I was were I was about to read the Waking Dreams book and travel thru the Apoccrypha to Sahrotaar, use bend will on him and he just stands there. If I get up close to him and move left or right of his neck and move in he offers his head to be mounted.
