Reccomended Level to fight Dukaan

I currently have a Nord Heavy Armor Wizard interested in Dukaan's mask, what level do you reccomend I face him on?(normaly w/ low level character I go apprentice on Solstheim

As high as you can go. You'll get a better challenge, if that's what you're into.
