Player requirements

I have not yet acquired Dragonborn, but I couldn't find anywhere if there's a PC minimum level requirement for starting the Dragonborn DLC?

I play on Xbox, but I personally wouldn't travel to the island until you're at least level 20.

The new enemies are significantly challenging, and being in the 20's on level is simply a smart move in my mind.

There's no level requirement, you can travel to Solstheim at any time. The main quest will be locked until you visit the Greybeards and are officially recognized as Dragonborn, but you can still do sidequests.

It may be smart to listen to Uriel though, being able to go to Solstheim doesn't necessarily mean that you should

Sorry mate, lol =)

We're cool. :)

But just because of the levels of the enemy, skill of the enemy, and what Perks you may or may not have unlocked, I've found that I generally get smacked around pretty good when I take a character to Solstheim before level 20 or so.

It's definitely designed to be more of a challenge than we've been facing, an upgrade so-to-speak on the enemy scaling.

Hell, even at level 60+, every so often my Assassin (Sorin) gets into some fights that make me squirm a bit. So yeah, it'll keep you on your toes. :D
