Any one else got this download?

Steam just downloaded HighResTexturePack03.esp...why? For so long nothing new was done with it now i got stuck with another esp that i never use but have to keep. ( Steam will just redownload if i remove them. )

It shouldn't, it should only do so if you verify the game cache.

As for what it's for, I believe it's for Dragonborn.

Its for DG and DB, it also contains vanilla HD creatures similar to the first.
