We've been out for a while but I thought I'd post it here as well. The Way of the Voice is a microphone/voice activated shout mod (yes similar to thu'umic).

We use a different system, no custom executables, but it does require Windows Vista or higher to function. We do use SKSE and are MCM compatible. Check out the Nexus page for more information, happy shouting!
