So as of today, Skyrim promptly crashes when saving. But this only happens if I try to save with only loading once... Let me explain

I start Skyrim, hit continue, go in game, hit Save, promptly crashes
I start Skyrim, load most recent save, go in game, hit Save, promptly crashes

I start Skyrim, load/continue, go in game, open up the in game menu, load my most recent save, go in game, I can then save and play as normal.

Anyone heard anything like that happening before?
