Hi there, I'm have a rather annoying little issue with Skyrim. It won't stop snowing. It snows EVEN INDOORS! The Clear Skies shout doesn't work, and neither does the "Force Weather" console command. The sky texture and lighting will change but the snow effect does not go away.

How do I post my mod list? I figure that might be helpful. I've tried deactivating suspect mods but nothing has worked.

Is it full-blown snow, or is it just the camera effect? In certain areas, there is an effect which attaches to your camera. Sometimes this gets stuck.

Seems like it's just a camera effect since the texture of the sky and the lightning changes whenever I used the force weather command, but the overlayed effect doesn't go away EVER
