While going through the dawnguard quests I suddenly without warning manifested vampirism despite being a werewolf.
Normally this would be kind of interesting but I do not get the option to feed when sneaking around sleeping people. So now I'm a stage 4 starving vampire trapped inside the burly body of a lycanthrope. You can imagine how embarrassing that can be.
None of the NPCs recognize me as a vampire so I can't get the quest line to cure it. My only hope now is that maybe Serana will not recognize me as a vampire either and be able to turn me full vampire and perhaps from there get turned back into a human and then get Aela to turn me back into a full werewolf. Has anyone else found a way out of this glitch or am I doomed?
