I recently complained to Nabisco (the company that owns Oreo), about a product fault. They informed that they would "reimburse" me, by sending me something.

What exactly will they send me? A box of Oreos? Lol.

A coupon for a free Nabisco product (Or some specific dollar amount off). That seems to be the standard.
