Hi i want a skyrim with at least 50-60 fps. mine right now is 40-50. are there specific options for me to get the 60 fps?

Any particular reason a jump of 10FPS is that important to you? You'll very rarely get a constant 60fps in this game, you'll always get areas which stutter or reduce your FPS.

The only way to do that is to upgrade your hardware, overclock, reduce graphical settings or use mods to reduce graphics.
