I want to play Skyrim on ultra settings with texture mods and ENB.

Should I get a GTX 670 4GB, GTX 680 2GB, or a GTX 680 4GB?

Currently my build includes an i5 3570K.

I've been doing some research, and I'm just trying to figure out what the most crucial resource for what I want to do is.
