I stumbled upon a "Hrodulf's House" and found the love letter... however upon discovering his lover's dead body in the room with that weird Dwemer machine (which doesn't seem to do anything)... this Bjornolfr character appears to be a male character.

I want a simple answer: is this a bug, or intentional? If it's a bug, I'll report it to the Unofficial Dragonborn Patch thread.

If it's not... well, that's that I guess.

It's not a bug. They're gay.

It's not the first time a TES game features or alludes to a same-six relationship, though it may well be the first time it's so clear and unmistakeable. I don't see anything suggesting that it's a bug, especially with both names being masculine.
