Well, Skyrim has become unplayable for me in the past two weeks.
Every time I go out to an exterior, any exterior, the game CTDs.
Yes, even with older saves or a new game.

I cleaned everything with TES5Edit, deleted the local files, downloaded everything and cleaned it again with TES5Edit, and nothing works. Even that Ugrid thingy didn't help.

The game worked perfectly fine until two weeks ago, no new mod were installed (except for Dragonborn and the Texture pack part 3, but it doesn't work even without those).
I didn't play with the .ini either (besides trying that Ugrid solution and reverting it).

My system is around the minimum required specs, but it didn't stopped me from playing for hundreds of hours with several characters throughout Skyrim and Dawnguard.

Any idea what may cause those CTDs?
I tried searching the forums, but nothing was really helpful.
