I'm playing a necromancer class and have avoided the main quest in skyrim in order to not be a dragon born and deal with dragons. There are some new spells I'd like to buy in the dragon born expansion but I dont want to go to the island if I have to run into dragons. I am wondering if I can go to the new island, expore it a little and purchase the new summoning/poison rune spells without ever having to run into dragons.
