Sorine Jurard just sent me to Damphall Mine, on Sohlstheim after some plans. Anyone know if this is a bug or a feature. This character hasn't been to Sohlstheim yet, and at level 20 I'm not sure she's ready...

I believe Solstheim locations wer added to the list of places radient quests can occur, so it's working as intended.

You'll be fine there anyway since you can freely travel back and forth between Skyrim and Solstheim. If you don't want to do the Dragonborn quest yet, you're not forced to.

Thanks. I'm still stocking up on dragon souls. But I'll check the place out. My pet troll should cause a sensation....

I'd suggest not starting the main Dragonborn quest until about level 30. It can get tough on the island if you're under powered.
