So after being fed up with things I don't like and can't change (Haven't play Skyrim in a couple months, been playing New Vegas some, pissed at some Mr. House quests) I am looking for a decent PC. I don't want some beast machine to run on triple monitor ultra 4k 500 fps, just something to at least equal console graphics without the low FPS and screen tearing. (New Vegas screen tears so much on xbox it causes anxiety reactions) So basically just running the game on Medium-High settings at 30 fps minimum, preferably like constant 50+ fps and no screen tearing or stuttering. So yeah I honestly don't care much for graphics, I just want a smooth game and the ability to change some game design choices that I heavily disagree with.

This was actually going to primarily consider New Vegas but with Skyrim being newer and my current purpose for not playing it the same irritable causes of being unable to induce the changes I wish and a few pointless cop out design choices I figured why not consider it since I will become interested again. I couldn't figure out where to post this, and it appears impossible to navigate to the general community forums as there is no link at the index.

Help me I am losing sanity.
