Why is Bethesda not open to fan feedback?

I'm not trying to troll here but when I tried yesterday to direct Bethesda's attention to a poll I authored it was completely shut down.

The poll had alot of signatures by console owners WILLING TO PAY for a DLC that would enable the same command prompts PC gamers have always enjoyed with Skyrim.

I don't feel I'm being unreasonable in any way here and I'm sure this idea has been echoed numerous times in various forums.

If there exists some sort of technical barrier that would prevent the implementation of said DLC, then a flat "Despite our best efforts, this request cannot be fulfilled." would be better than a cold shoulder reaction.
Here's hoping the DLC for the PS3 doesn't reduce Skyrim to Fallout 3 GOTY!

There's a difference between a poll, and a petition, if the thread became the latter, it would be shut down, as petitions are not allowed on the forums.

Also, command prompts on the consoles would never happen, Microsoft and Sony wont allow it. Bethesda has no controll over it.

It's not Bethesda themselves, it's the console makers themselves.
