Dragon Elder Scroll - Can't get rid of it

It is still a quest item. Urag and Delvin (who took the other two scrolls) won't take it. How can I get rid of it? The 3 related quests are completed.

IIRC, you can get Urag to take 1-2 of them, and the remainder can go to the DG moth priest.
