So I've searched around a little and haven't been able to find any solutions regarding this issue, I'm pretty someone out there has a pretty simple answer that I've overlooked..
I've already been into the settings menu and tried to change controls and there is no "Wait" option on the list of buttons for the controller, however when I play on keyboard controls there is a button for Waiting.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

on controllers I believe that would be the "select" button which I believe on most controllers is on the left part of the controller near the left stick/dpad
