Customer service should be one of your main priorities

If this game is to succeed, it must have good customer service. I played EVE online one time, about an hour into playing, I got a message from a CSR asking me if I needed any help. This person working for CS actually spoke to me first in a live chat asking how I was doing, if I had any questions about the game etc

That is what this game must do. Communication between the dev/customer service and players must be on a daily basis, whether on the forums or in game.

A bad example of CS is Swtor. Sometimes it may take at least a week for them to reply, only for you to read "THIS TICKET HAS BEEN CLOSED BY A SERVICE DROID". Many people left the game due to the horrible customer service, the silence of the developers.

You MUST talk to the community every day, they are your customers. You must read the forums every day, read the polls, make polls at least once a week for your customers to answer, read what we want. I'm not saying you definitely wont do that. But you must learn from these flops to make ESO the best game of the year.

Yes EVE CS is awesome and have the kindest GMs I ever saw.
It would be nice for us to see some people who represents ZOS here, being able to communicate with them once in a while, chit chat about the game and all..

Yes i can only thank the gaming gods that I never really had anything I needed to contact CS with in SWTOR because all I had to do was visit the support forum to see that it was basically a service Bioware and EA completely ignored.

The main issue that may hinder that would be the 200,000 or so Eve players compared to the possible millions in ESO. That's a lot of help desk temps.... :D

But I agree, good support would be an awesome thing!
