That is what this game must do. Communication between the dev/customer service and players must be on a daily basis, whether on the forums or in game.
A bad example of CS is Swtor. Sometimes it may take at least a week for them to reply, only for you to read "THIS TICKET HAS BEEN CLOSED BY A SERVICE DROID". Many people left the game due to the horrible customer service, the silence of the developers.
You MUST talk to the community every day, they are your customers. You must read the forums every day, read the polls, make polls at least once a week for your customers to answer, read what we want. I'm not saying you definitely wont do that. But you must learn from these flops to make ESO the best game of the year.
