HELP - Can't load Dragonborn in the CK

I'm at my wits end, I tried just about EVERYTHING I could with no avail. My mod depends on Dawnguard and Hearthfire and I'm trying to add Dragonborn to its masters but no matter what I do I'm always having trouble.

Symptoms: the CK always crashes on exit, no big deal, but what's worse is that I can't compile SKSE functions no matter what and once the plugin is saved ALL properties are gone from ALL scripts.

Edited SkyrimEditor.ini as following:

SResourceArchiveList2=Skyrim - Shaders.bsa, Update.bsa, Dawnguard.bsa, HearthFires.bsa, Dragonborn.bsa

I tried to add DB to my mod masters using xEdit, no luck.

I narrowed down the problem to loading BOTH Dawnguard and Dragonborn the CK, if I load Dragonborn alone all goes well.

Reinstalling both the game and the CK didn't help. What on earth am I supposed to do?

Did you also add the bAllowMultipleMasterLoads=1 to the [General] section of your SkyrimEditor.ini?

edit: I also remember Prometheus saying something about not being able to save an esp in the CK with more than 2 masters loaded. I believe it was advised to add any additional masters past two using TES5Edit.

Of course I did. Crap, I'm stuck. I got a fresh install, there's absolutely NOTHING that may interfere but the damn thing just doesn't work.

edit: and I did try to add the masters using xEdit. It doesn't work.
