My female Orc battlemage necromancer wants to become a vampire also but not a vampire lord from the start. I want it to be gradually, stage 1 to 4 then vampire lord.

My female Orc is lvl 11 now, what level should I become a stage 1 vampire ? Around what level should I be a vampire lord?

Also, if I become a vampire do I still get attacked in the cities?
