I was being lazy with my character development and decided to up my smithing abilities usisng console commands. I raised my smithing ability up to level 100 using the raise skill console command which raises the skill by one point each time. I then used the perks to unlock the entir smithing perk tree. The problem I am having is that even though I have arcane blacksmithing I still cannot upgrade magic weapons and armor. I tried using the console to take it away and put it back again but nothing seems to resolve the issue. All other perks from the smithing tree seem to work fine except arcane blacksmithing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
