Actor slowdown - caused by which mods? : V

Getting slowdown on actors in my game, e.g. frostbite spider sits in the air for a while before dropping, npcs following a path ("Here let me show you...") just stop and wait on the route, draugr sometimes stand and watch me instead of attacking... in each case, lasts between 5-15 seconds roughly.

Any ideas?

Nothing really stands out but come on, you're the 3rd person I've seen that loads all 3 Cloaks .esps instead of just using one like the description and the readme tells you to!

You probably need a bashed patch and post your specs, could be your com is having trouble with too many scripts.
