I don't like to be OP when Im low level so that's why im asking you guys what do you think?

Im a level 11 female Orc battlemage necromancer and this is what I use:

Weapon:

Orcish Mace with shock and magicka damage

Spells:

1. Flames
2. Sparks
3. Lighting bolt
4. Summon flame atronach
5. Summon flame familiar
6. Healing
7. Raise zombie
8. Reanimate corpse
9. Soul trap
10. Bount battleaxe

Talents :

One hand : Armsman (2/5) , Fighting Stance
Smithing : Steel Smithing
Enchanting: Enchanter
Destruction : novice destruction, apprentice destruction
Conjuration : novice conj, apprentice conjuration
Illusion : novice illusion
Heavy Armor: Juggernaut (1/5)

Staffs:

1. Skull of Corruption
2. Staff of fireballs
3. Staff of raise zombie

Armor:

Vokun mask
Magicka enchanted iron and steel armor


Do you guys think my lvl 11 character is too powerful for my level?

I do bad vs melee enemies.

Well you've got some pretty nice kit...

If you think the game's getting too easy, just turn up the difficulty

For me this load out would be a little OP. All I can say is don't set out to get the best gear, just do what sounds fun and the game should flow naturally.
