I wanna play a dead-is-dead game with as much immersion as possible.
But I don't wanna be confronted by random one shot deaths and repeated reloads (dead-is-dead).

Which mod gives the best immersive challenge without becoming a reload hog? (i.e. if I play well with a strongly designed character I can expect to have fair chances of finishing the game without dying.)
