The quest, "The Fate of the Skaal is not working correctly. As soon as I completed the Temple of Miraak I'm supposed to be able to talk to Frea and the next quest should already be on its way. However, it doesn't start. I tried reloading saves too but I still encounter the same issue. I'm playing on the PC but I see that 360 gamers have also had an issue with this glitch. Also its listed as a known glitch on this page, but no solution I can seem to find:

Anyway, I'm hoping for a console command that can auto start the quest for me? Does anyone know how I could do that? Thanks so much!!
