I've been thinking about this lately, will it be Septims?

How will they balance the currency?

Probably Gold, Silver and Copper.

I can see that Currency working just fine.

I can also see many different types of currency, more than just 3 types.

In Morrowind, the Dunmer call currency "drakes". So perhaps we will see regional references to the standard gold currency.

Hmm... Drakes would only be working for Dunmer and that Region.

I don't see that working good, they need a currency that is avaible in the whole TESO World.

That's just a nickname for it. It's a standard gold coin. Drakes were Septims and Septims are just gold coins.

So you could have a standardized gold currency but each faction could have a different nickname for it.

Will we be able to Mine our own currency?

If we can mine gold, i'm sure we may be able to craft gold coins (a limited amount per gold bar)

Anyone else have any theories on what the Coins are going to look like, or what type of currency its going to be?

In nearly all MMORPGS you where able to Mine Gold but wherent able to Craft Gold Coins.

That would just like a SHOUT for all China-Farmers.

I Do NOT! want to see that ingame.

Also my guess is still, Gold , Silver, Copper.

Yeah bots would svck. Especially ones that tend to farm all the currency in a specific area.

Of course they would svck, but in the Worst case there is nothing you can do about it.

But i seriously think that Mining Currency is a terrific idea.

Well, there is Nothing Officially annonced about "Mining" At all.

I Hope so, but it is not Confirmed.
