Just look at this HD screenshot of Argonians, look at that female. Brilliant quality, I bet they are hiding some real good facial expressions.

Let's go right at it.
World of Warcraft released Pandaren, they started on those models some years ago now.
The facial, model, everything expression is top quality.

And this has nothing to do with how old the game is.
Now, should we not expect some kind of top quality character models in the same way with mucles\bones, etc in their face giving good facial expressions and what not?

If you think that WoW has good models you should try playing other games

I find it amusing that you praise that screenshot considering how much backlash it got here on the forums. No one seems to like those argonians very much.
