It's used on the new eBay commercial in Australia (not sure if it is broadcasted out of Australia).

The only lyrics I can make out are:

"Can't take it no more" and "Cause I'm in my miiiind ooh, you!"

It is sung by a male and the guitar is sort of "Twangy"

I would describe it as subtly upbeat.
