...the dark brotherhood endgame assassination quests ("dark brotherhood forever"), endlessly murdering radiant civilians.
I killed a "beautiful barbarian" and decide to dead thrall her. Her corpse followed me around for a long while, but I eventually lost it on some other mission.
Then I got another quest to kill the "beautiful barbarian". Went to the town: and lo-and-behold there was my zombie "Dementia's Beautiful Barbarian" running up to me, with a big compass marker on her face, waiting to be assassinated.
