Please excuse me for being so very late with this message of thanks, but here it is now..

I have been playing games since pong came out, so I have seen quite a few in my time.

Nothing compares to or even comes close to what the Elder Scrolls team has achieved here in Skyrim.

It is simply superb....it is a game that delivers in so many ways...I have been waiting for this game since I started playing ....thankyou thankyou.....

Skyrim is my favorite. No other game has given me this much content.

I agree though, I'd say its my number 1 game ever if it wasn't for Uncharted 3... it's definately my joint best game ever.

There is no such thing as the "best" game. Everyone has their own opinions, their own likes and dislikes.

Then comes the question of how you would even define what makes a "best game". Time played, stability, aesthetically fitting graphics? Or a mix of them all? Because we all know Skyrim has had some major hiccups.

I do think skyrim is a great game. Its fun, looks awesome, and can easily invest a ton of time into it, but regardless, I would never consider it, or any game as being "the best".

Uh, you're supposed to say Morrowind is the best TES game ever and Skyrim is garbage. You clearly haven't been part of the community too long.
